First Funnel Lab is an independent educational publication. We are not owned or operated by the tools discussed here. We do not guarantee sales, income, search rankings, subscriber growth or results. Examples are illustrative unless explicitly described as observed.
Affiliate disclosure
Some links are explicitly marked affiliate links. We may receive a commission when a referred visitor buys an eligible paid subscription, usually at no extra cost to them. This does not imply endorsement for everyone. Our Systeme.io referral links are labeled; its free registrations alone do not earn paid commissions. We do not claim independent laboratory testing or verified commercial earnings.
Free resource
The original 16-point checklist is downloadable from our site without supplying an email address, signing in, or purchasing anything. Email signup is entirely optional and never required to access the download.
Optional email updates and your choices
If you choose to subscribe, the signup form is operated by Brevo, our email service provider, in a separate browser page. Brevo collects the address you submit and your consent for First Funnel Lab's occasional educational and software-recommendation emails. We require an affirmative checkbox and a second step: click the confirmation link in your email before being added to our subscriber list. You may ignore that message if you did not request the subscription.
Brevo may process your signup details, technical/security data and interaction information necessary to deliver, secure and manage email, according to its privacy practices. We use those records for requested email communication and unsubscribe management, not for resale to affiliates. Each marketing email should include a working unsubscribe option. You may also request deletion using the contact or privacy controls supplied by Brevo. For provider details see Brevo's privacy policy.
The older direct local signup mechanism is no longer displayed to new visitors. This change does not itself migrate or delete any records previously stored by our site; any such requests must be handled separately. We do not disclose anyone's email in public analytics.
Planning tool and analytics
Our interactive planner runs inside your browser. Planner answers are not sent to our servers. We count anonymous actions, such as generating a plan, opening a guide or downloading a checklist, in grouped daily totals. We do not intentionally attach names, email addresses or persistent identifiers to these action counters. Actions are not unique people, genuine conversions or purchases, and automated traffic can affect the counts.
Our hosting provider and browser may process technical data including IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure our pages. Floot may also provide built-in page analytics. We do not intentionally install third-party advertising pixels on this website. When you follow external links, including Brevo and affiliate links, the destination provider's practices apply.
Editorial and legal limits
We aim for current pricing information, accurate claims and transparent examples, but services change. Our content is educational, not legal, tax or investment advice. Use official vendor documentation before making purchasing decisions.
